The system target audience - freight sales agencies.
agency.aero has been designed for those whose everyday job is to receive applications for air transportation of cargo and find ways to send it, deliver reservation requests to various air carriers, make airway bills and other transport documents, track transportation process, and notify consignors of cargo location.
agency.aero enables you to:
- deal with a user-friendly interface instead of making FFR, FSU, FWB telegrams and other stringent and inconvenient requests to air carriers manually;
- enter the airway bill number and other cargo data only once while making several documents for the same freight;
- work in the same program, which interacts with the outer world itself, instead of switching between windows of different reservation systems used by air carriers and different systems used at cargo terminals;
- have visual information on all current shipments knowing which shipment is at which phase and how much cargo is accepted for which directions and flights;
- not to waste your time registering stocks of airway bills to report to air carriers;
- not to e-mail letters regarding cargo location changes to consignors manually;
- extend cargo shipment opportunities: agency.aero network members can exchange freight rates and handle shipments via each other by re-manifesting cargo;
- provide door-to-door services in your city for agents in other cities (agency.aero network members);
- keep up-to-date statistics on profitability of clients, air carriers and directions.
Our system is especially effective for agents that sell hundreds to thousands of freights monthly. In cases of such volumes, agency.aero not only ensures quality but also considerably saves labour costs on freight management.
For the time being, the system is only available in Russian. The English version, however, is being actively developed. The plan is to release it by the end of the first quarter of 2007.
In Russia. The first version of agency.aero was released in 2003 as the only replicated special system for freight sales agents in Russia. Some large agencies use in-house systems. We have a "package solution" - a product including a CD, documentation, training, and internet updates. We are putting every effort into making agency.aero the best – continuously extending its functionality, improving its interface, adding convenient tools, and completing interaction with external systems.
